BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of BakePsfteld, as
follows:
SECTION 1.
The boundaPtes of the First WaPd of the City of BakePsfield
ape hePeby altered so as to include thePetn that certain pomcel of
tePPttoPy hePetofore annexed to the City of BakePsfield bT Ordinance
No. 1310, New SePies of the City of BakePsfteld, which terPltoPy is
designated as "WILLIAMS NO. 2," and is specifically descPlbed in
said OPdinance o
