AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.12.020 OF
CHAPTER 17.12 (ZONING MAP) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS~ in accordance with the procedure set forth in the
provisions of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield~
the Plannin§ Co~uiSsion and City Council have held hearin§s respectively.
on a petition to change the zoning of certain property within said
Ci~y~ and
WHEREAS, the C~Cy Council has determined a~ter due consider-
ation of said petition and the recomm~ndaCions of the Planning
Coua,~ission herein on file. toget/~er with the reasons advanced at the
hearings for a change of zoning of said properties, that said zoning
changes should be authorized.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield. as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.12.020 of Chapter 17.12 (Zoning Map) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield. be and the s~me is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of certain properties in said City.
the boundaries of which properties are shown on the maps hereto
attached and made a part hereof~ as follows:
iehanging the zoning from an R-4 (Multiple-FRm~ ly Dwellin~)

That certain property fronting on 19th Street between
and "D" Streets. being more particularly described as all
of Lots 3- 10. inclusive. Block 424. City of Bakersfield.
and all of Lots 11- 18. inclusive, Block 447. City of
Ba~rsfield. as per map re. corded November 25. 1898~ in Nap
Book 1. Pages 13 and 14. ~n the office.of t.he County
Recorder~ County of K~rn~ State of California.
