AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.29.030 (BUILDING
HEIGHT) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE' OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the CtCy of Bakersfield as
fo 1 lows .-
That Section 17.29.030 (Building Height) of the' Municipal
Code of the .City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended
read as follows:
17.29.030 BuildinE heiKht. Seven (7) stories and not to
exceed ninety (90) feet.
