AN ORDINANCEAMENDING SECTION 17.12.020
OF CHAPTER 17.12 (ZONING MAP) OF THE
I~RJNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
NHEREAS, in accordance w4_th the procedure set forth in the
provisions of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield,
the Planning Co ...... ~ssion and City Council have held hearings respectively.
on the motion of the Planning Commission to change the zoning of certain
properties w~thin said City, and
WHEREAS. the City Council has determined after due consideration
of said motion and the recomm-ndations of the Planning Co ...... 4ssion
herein on file, together w~th the reasons advanced at the hearings for
a change of zoning of said properties, that said zoning changes should
be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.12.020 of Chapter 17.12 (Zoning Map) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of certain' properties in said City, the
boundaries of which properties are shown on the maps hereto attached
and made a part hereof, as follows:
Changing the zoning boundaries from an Interim C-O-D
(Professional Office--Architectural Design) Zone to a C-C
(Civic Center) Zone of that certain property described as
follows:
All of Blocks 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 312, 313.
314, 315, 324, 325, 326~ 327, 328, 329~ 330, 331,
and 332. City of Bakersfield. as per m,p recorded
November 25. 1898. inMap Book 1. Pages 13 and 14,
in the office of the County Recorder. County of
~rn, State of California.
Changing the zoning boundaries from an Interim C-1-D
(Limited Co~=ercial -- Architectural Design) Zone to a
C-C (Civic Center) Zone of that certain property de-
scribed as follows:

Lots 5 - 8, inclusive, Block 284; Lots 5 and 6,

Lots 5 - 8, inclusive, Block 288; Lots 5 - 8,
