AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.12.020
OF CHAPTER 17.12 (ZONING MAP) OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY 'OF BAKERSFIELD.
NHEREAS. in accordance w~th the procedure set forth 'in the
provisions of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakers-
field, the Planning Commission and City Council have held hearings
respectively, on a petition to change the zoning of certain property
within said City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined after due consider-
ation of said petition and the reco~.~endations of the Planning
Co~.,~ssion herein on file, together with the reasons advanced at the
hearings for a change of zoning of said properties, that said zoning
changes should be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.12.020 of Chapter 17.12 (Zoning Map) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning of certain properties in said City,
the boundaries of which properties a,re shown on the m~ps hereto
attached and made a part hereof, as follows:
That certain property in the County of Kern located on the
Southeasterly corner of Wible and Wilson Roads, being more
particularly described as the Westerly 420 feet of the
Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4)
of Section 12, T 30 S, R 27 E, M.D.B.& M., according to
the official plat of the survey of said land on file in the
Bureau of Land Management.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 26th day of December, 1961, by the following vote:
