AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.04.380 OF
CHAPTER 14.04 OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL
CODE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, as
follows:
Section 14o04o380 is hereby amended to provide as follows:
Pyrotechnics shall mean any squib, rocket, firecracker, roman
candle, Si§hal lights, railroad track torpedo, flashlight composition,
fireworks or other devices or composition used to obtain visible or
audible pyrotechnic display, and shall include fire balloons of a
type which have burnin§ material of any kind attached thereto.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Cuuncil of the City of Bakersfield at a re§ular meeting
thereof held on the 13thday of February, 1962, by the followin§ vote:
