AN ORDINANCE ALTERING THE BOUNDAltlES OF
THE SECOND, THIRD AND SIXTH WARDS OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, as
fo llows:
SECTION 1.
The boundaries of the Second Ward of the City of Bakersfield
are hereby altered so as to include therein that certain parcel of
territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield by Ordinance
No. 1368, New Series, of the City of Bakersfield, which territory is
designated as "BEALE NO. 1," and is specifically described in said
Ordinance.
SECTION 2.
The boundaries of the Third Ward of the City of Bakersfield
are hereby altered so as to include therein those certain parcels of
territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield by ordinances
of said City, which parcels of territory bear the following desig-
nations and are specifically described in the respective ordinances as
follows: "OSWELL NO. 2~" annexed under Ordinance No. 1382, New
Series; "PANOBAMIC HEIGHTS NO. 1," annexed under Ordinance No. 1390,
· "annexed under Ordinance No. 1405, New
New Series, and "GANNON NO. 2,

SECTION 3.
The boundaries of the Sixth Ward of the City of Bakersfield are
hereby altered so as to include therein those certain parcels of
territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield by ordinances
~f said City, which parcels of territory bear the followihg desig-
nations and are specifically described in the respective ordinances as
follows: UVEP. DE NO. 3," annexed under Ordinance No. 1359, New Series;
"BENTON PARK NO. 6," annexed under Ordinance No. 1360, New Series;
"ASPHALTO NO. 2," annexed under Ordinance No. 1362, New Series;
"CORONADO NO. 3," annexed under Ordinance No. 1363, New Series; '%IONCUKE
NO. 1," annexed under Ordinance No. 1376, New Series; "PACHECO NO. 1,"
annexed under Ordinance No. 1378, New Series; and "CASTRO NO. 2,"
annexed under Ordinance No. 1397, New Series.
The boundaries of the Sixth Ward are also altered so as to
include therein that certain parcel of territory heretofore annexed to
the City of Bakersfield by a Resolution approving said annexation
adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern on May 2,
1961, which territory is designated as '~HITE LANE NO. 8°"
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 'Sth day of February , 1962, by the following vote:
