AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.72 . 030 (b)
(CLASSIFICATION AND PAY RATES OF EMPLOYEES)
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.72.030(b) of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(b) Transit Authority employees in the classifications
listed below shall receive monthly rates of compensation as
follows:
