AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.12.020 (ZONING
MAP) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD BY CHANGING THE LAND USE ZONING OF
THAT CERTAIN PROPERT~f IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
LOCATED ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF BRUNDAGE LANE
BETWEEN "A" STREET AND HOLTBY ROAD.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the procedure set forth in
the provisions of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Planning Commission and City Council have held
hearings respectively, on a petition to change the land use zoning
of that certain property located on the northerly side of
Brundage Lane between "A" Street and Holtby within said City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined after due
consideration of said petition and the reco....uendations of the
Planning Commission herein on file, together with the reasons
advanced at the hearings for a change of zoning of said property,
that said zoning change should be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.12.020 (Zoning Map) of the Municipal Code
of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby amended by
changing the land use zoning of certain property in said City, the
boundaries of which property are shown on the map hereto attached
and made a part hereof, as follows:

a C-O (Professional Office) Zone of that certain
.... property located on the Northerly side of
Brundage Lane between "A" Street and Holtby
Road, being more particularly described as
Lots 13-24 inclusive, Block 10, Goode Tract,
City of Bakersfield, as per romp recorded
May 2, 1910, in Map Book 1, Page 144, in the
Office of the County Recorder, County of
Kern, State of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 29th day of October, 1962,
by the following vote:
