AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 13.70.030
(EXCEPTIONS) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the last paragraph of Section 13.70.030 (Exceptions)
of the Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield be deleted and
that paragraph (c) be substituted therefor to read as follows:
(c) To advertise goods manufactured or produced, or
services rendered, on the property upon which such advertising
display is placed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and
after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of March , 1963,
by the following vote:
