MHEREAS, ~he Council o£' ~he City o£ Bakers£ield d~d,
on ~e 2$th day o£ February, 1963, pass a Resolution being No.
13o63, in compliance w~th ~he provisions of the Annexation of
~ntm%abl~ed Territory Act of 1939, and amendments thereto, being
~tla 4, Division 2, Part 2~ Chapter 1, Article 5 of the
mant Code of ~he S~ate of Californ~a, specifically describing
~he boundaries of ~he ter~tory so proposed co be annexed to the
City of Bakersfleld~ and designating such ~err~tory by an
appropriate nmne, and setting Hond~,y, the 8~h .day of April, 1963,
at the hour of eight otclock P.H. ~n ~he Council ChAmbers of the'
City Hallo 1501 Truxtam Avenue, Bakersfield, California, as the
day, hour and place when and ~dmre ~he City Council ~ould hear
pro,eels made by any parson o~ninS real property w~hin the
aforesaid ~erritoryo and
