AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTIONS 17.25. 020,
17.27.020 and 17.31.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.25.020, Subsection B, of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended
to include automobile seat cover and seat belt shops.
SECTION 2.
That Section 17.27.020, Subsection B, of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended
to include furniture and automobile upholsterin~ operations to be
contained wholly within a building.
SECTION 3.
That Section 17.31.020, Subsection B, of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended
to include furniture and automobile upholstering operations not
confined wholly to a building.
SECTION 4.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at. a
