AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO.
1448, NEW SERIES, OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 1 of Emergency Ordinance No. 1448, New
Series, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
That Section 3.68.110(a) (Employee Classification) of the
Municipal Code of the City of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby
amended by adding the following classifications:
Schedule No. Classification
23 Head Concession Clerk
30 Stage Manager
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of July, 1963, by
the following vote:
