AN ORDINANCE ALTERING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH AND SIXTH WARDS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
The boundaries of the Third Ward of the City of Bakers-
field are hereby altered so as to include therein that certain
parcel of territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield
by Ordinance No. 1452, New Series, of the City of Bakersfield,
which territory is designated as "OSWELL NO. 3," and is specifi-
cally described in said ordinance.
SECTION 2.
The boundaries of the Fourth Ward of the City of Bakers-
field are hereby altered so as to include therein those certain
parcels of territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield
by ordinances of said City, which parcels of territory bear the
following designations and are specifically described in the
respective ordinances as follows: "GREATER BAKERSFIELD MEMORIAL
HOSPITAL NO. 2," annexed under Ordinance No. 1429, New Series;
'~ESTCHESTER NO. 2," annexed under Ordinance No. 1472, New Series;
and '~ESTCHESTER NO. 1," annexed under Ordinance No. 1479, New
Series.
SECTION 3.
The boundaries of the Fifth Ward of the City of Bakers-
field are hereby altered so as to include therein that certain
. parcel o.f territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield
by Ordinance No. 1445, New Series, of the City of Bakersfield,
which territory is designated as "SUNSET NO. 1," and is specifically
describeg in said or'dinance.
SECTION 4.
The boundaries of the Sixth Ward of the City of Bakers-
field are hereby altered so as to include therein those certain
parcels of territory heretofore annexed to the City of Bakersfield
by ordinances of said City, which parcels of territory bear the
following designations and are specifically described in the
respective ordinances as follows: "BRITE NO. 4," annexed under
Ordinance No. 1416, New Series; and "BRITE NO. 5," annexed under
Ordinance No. 1437, New Series.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of July, 1963, by the
following vote:
