AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.68.110(a) OF
~E MUNICIPAL CODE BY DELETING THEREFI~OM THE
DII~ECTOR OF FINANCE, SUPERINTENDENT PUBLIC
WOP/(S, CITY A~DITOR AND PURCHASING AGENT AND
ADDING THERETO AUDITOR CONTROLLER AND DEPUTY
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of ~he City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3. 58.110(a) of the Municipal Code (Employee
Classtficati~.~) be and the same is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom ~ Director of Finance, Superintendent Public Works,
City Auditor and Purcb~sin8 Agent and adding thereto the following:
Schedule 38 - Auditor Controller
Schedule 32 - Deputy Au~_%tor Controller
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective ~hirty days from
and after the date of its passase.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foresoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
re5ular meetin~ thereof held on the 17th day of June , 1953,
