AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.68. 110 (a)
(EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3,68.110 (a) (Employee Classification) be
amended by changing the range numbers of the Auditor-Controller
and the City Clerk to read as follows:
RanRe No. Class Title
37 Auditor-Controller
30 City Clerk
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 30th day of September, 1963,
