AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3 o 68 . 110 (a)
(EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADDING THE CLASSIFICATION OF
DIRECTOR OF WATER RESOURCES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as fo llows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3o68.110(a) (Employee Classification) be
amended by adding the following:
RanRe No. Class Title
34 Director of Water Resources
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage°

passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
