(EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION) OF THE HONICIP~
CODE BY A~DING THE CLASSIFICATIONS OF
BUYER TI~AINEE AND PROCUHElqENT OFFICER°
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.68.110(a) (Employee Classification) be
amended by adding the following:
RanKe No. Class Title
23 Buyer Trainee
30 Procurement Officer
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage°

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
