AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REPEALING SECTION 3. ? 2 o 010 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.72.010 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage°

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of June , 1964~ by
