AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.68.110 (EM~.LOYEE
CLASSIFICATION) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Ba~rsfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.68.110 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Class Class Range
Number Title N~ber
037 Chief of Audits 29
This amendment shall not act to delete any other
classification within this section.
SECTION 2.
That Section 3.68.110 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended to change the
Range number of the following Department to read as follows:
Class Class Range
Number Ti tle Number
310 Auditorium Manager 40
SECTION 3.
Salary adjustments pursuant to this Ordinance shall
take place from and after October 1, 1964.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 14%h day of September, 1964,
