.AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 11.04. 350 OF
TBE NIMICIPAL CODE OF TBE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the C~ty of Bakersfield
that Sect[on 11.04.350 of the Hun.~.c~pal Code o£ the City of
BakersfEeld be amended to read as
SECTION 1.
11.04.350 PedestrEans c.r. ossEn~
dEstrEct~ busEness dEstrEcts and school zones. No pedestrian shall
cross a roadway other than at a crosswalk
dEstrUct or En any busEness d~strEct or En a school zone.
SECTION 2.
ThEs ordEnance shall ~ake effect thErty days from and
after the da~e of Ets passage.

passed and adopted by the Council o£ the City off Bakersfield at a
