AH ORDINANCE A~NDING TITLE SEVENTE~ OF THE
HBNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD BY
CHANGING THE IAND USE Z0~TLNG OF THAT CERTAIN
FROPERTY IN THE CITY OF BA~q~RSFIELD LOCATED
AT THE EAST SIDE OF STINE ROAD, APPROXIHATELY
820 FEET SOUTH OF HZNC AVENUE
~HEREAS, in accordance ~-Lth the procedure set forth in
Cb'~ provisions of Title 17 of the Hantctpal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, ~b~ Plannin~ Con~ntsston' and City Council have held
hearinss respectively, on a morton of. the Planning Commission to
chan~e the land use zoning of that certain property in the City o£
Bakersfield located at the east side of Sttne Road, approx~mtely
820 feet south of Mtns Avenue, and
I~HEREAS, the City Council has determined after due
consideration of said motion and the recommendations o£ the
Planning Commission herein on file, together ~rLth the reasons
advanced at the hearings for a charge of zoning of said property,
that a zoning change should be author[zed.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAII~ED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows**
That Section 17.12.020 (Zonins Hap) of the Huntcipal Code
of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby amended by
chansinS the land Use zontn~ of certain proper, ty in said City,
the boundaries of which property are shown on the w~p hereto
attached and made a part hereof, as follows:
Zone to an R 3-D (Limited Haltiple Family D~elling- Arohitec~ural
Design)' Zone of that certain property more particularly described
as follows:.
