BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.68.110 (a)
(EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION) OF T~E MUNICIPAL
CODE BY ADDING THE POSITIONS OF DATA
PROCESSING SUPERVISOR AND WASTE ~ATER
TREATMENT PIANT LAB TECHNICIAN AND OPE~ATORo
BE IT ORDAINED By the Council of ~he City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Tha.~ Section 3.68.110(a) (Employee Classification) be
amended by adding the follow~ng positions:

SECTION. 2.
This ordinance shall become effective ~hirty days from
