AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TXT?~ SEVENTEEN OF THE
MI~ICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD BY
CHANGXNG THE 1AND USE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF Al(ERS ROAD, NORTH OF
TRACT NO. 2868, WEST OF REAL ItOAD AND 264 FEET
SOUTH OF t*IXNG AVENUE.
W~EREAS, in accordance with ~he procedure set forth in
the provisions of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Plannin~ Con~nission and City Council have held
hearings respectively, on a motion of the Planning Commission to
change the land use zonin~ of thaC certain property located East
of Akers Road, North of Tract No. 2868, West of Real Road and 264
feet South of Mins Avenue, and
WBEP~AS, tb~ City Council has determined after due
consideration of said motion and the recon~ndations of the
Planning Comm~ssion herein on file, together with the reasons
advanced ac the hearings for a change of zonins of said proper~y,
chaC a zoning change should be authorized.
N0Ws T~EREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City
· of Bakersfield, as follows:
