WHEREAS, in accordance with the procedure set forth in
the provisions of Title 17 si the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Planning Conntsston and City Council have held
hearings respectively, on a petition to change the land use zonin$
of those certain properties in the City of Bakersfield commonly
known as 324 to 328 Eye Streeto and
WHKREASo the City Council has determined after due
considarationof said petition and the ~eeommandattons' of the
Pl~n~ing Commission herein on £ile0 together with the reasons
advanced at the hea~nga ~or a change o£ zoning of said property,
~hat a zontn~ chan~e should be authorized.
