LOCATED AT THE NOR.T~AST AND NORTH~ST COBNERS
OF CHRIST~4AS TREE IAtqE AND COLUK~US AVENUe,
I~ItEREAS, in accordance with the procedure set forth in
the provisions of Title 17 of the Nunicipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Planning Con~uission and City Council have held
hearings resp~.tively, on a petition to change ~he land use zoning
of that certain p~operty located at the northeast and northwest
corners of Christmas T~_ee Lane and Columbus Avenue, and
~HEREAS, the City Council has determined after due con-
sideration of said petiticn~ and the reco,~_ endations of the Planning
Commission herein on file, together with the reasons advanced
the hearings ~or a change o~ zoning of said property: that said
zoning change should be authorized.
N(M, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
City of Bake~-sffeld, as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.12.020 (Zoning Hap) o[ the Hun/tips1
Code of the City of Bakersfield, be and the same is hereby amended
by changing the land use zonin§ of certain property in said City.,
the boundaries of which property are sho~n on the map hereto attached
and made a part hereof, as follows:

Zone, for those certain properties in the City
