the ~[Zy of Bakersfield is hereby a~ded ~o read as foll~s:
17.56.020 ~e-Family, ~o-Fam[ly and ~ltiple ~ell~n~s.
For ~ery one-f~ily or ~o-family dwell~n~ or str~ure
~o be ~ed as a dwellin~, ~ere shall be pr~ided ~ Zhe same loZ
or parcel of land ~e (1) park~ns space for each dwellin~. For ~ery
~lZiple dwell~n~ ~ ocher s~ructure erected or inZ~ded ~o be used
as a ~l~ple dwellin~, where s~h sZ~~e c~sis~s of six (6) or
less ~its, there shall be pr~[ded on ~e s~ lo~ or parcel of land
~e and one-~hird (1-1/3) parkin~ spaces for each dwellEn~ uni~.
For ~ery ~l.~[ple dw~llin~ or o2her st~re, erected or
~o be used as a dwelling, where such ~l~Eple ~ellin~ or o~her sZ~-
~re c~siscs of sev~ (7) or ~re un[Cs, there shall be pr~[ded
