AN ORDTHAHCE AMENDING TITLE SEVENTEEN OF THE
NI~ICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD BY
CHAHGII~ THE LAND USE ZONING OF THOSE CERTAIN
PROPERTIES IN THE CIT~ OF BAKERSFIELD CO~NLY
KNOI~ AS 911 THROUGH 943 PANORANA DRIVE.
~HERFAS, in accordance with the procedure set forth in
the provisions of Title 17 of the Hunicipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield, the Planning Co~I~tIIion and City Council have held
hearings respectively, on a petition to chan~e the land use zontns
of those certain properties in the City of Bakersfield con~nnly
known es 911 throush 9~3 Panoranm Drive, and
I~HERKAS, the City Council has determined after due
consideration of said petition end the reconuIndations of the
Pianntns Couwetsston herein on file, together with the reasons
advanced at the hearings for a change of Boning of said property,
that a zonir~ chen~e should be authorized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORIIAINED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows.*
That Settlers 17.12.020 (Zonin~ Hap) of the llunicipal Code
of the City of Bakersfield, be and the 8ams is hereby amended by
chan~-ng the land use ~-onin~ of certain properties in said City,
the boundaries of which properties are shown on the Ip hereto'
attached and made a part hereof, aa follows:
Changing the zonin~ boundaries from a C-1 (Limited
Commorcial) Zone to an Rol (Single Family D~elling)
Zone, for those certain properties in the City of
Bakersfield commonly known a8 911 through 9~3
Panorama Drive, being more particularly described
Tract No. 2522 in its. entirety and Lot 72 of
