the provisions o£ Title 17 o£ the Nuntcipal Code o£ the City o£
Bakersfield, the Plan_~ln~ Comntsston and City Council have held
hearings respectively, on a petition to thanks tB~ land use sontn~
of those certain properties in the City of Bakersfield coamonly
known as 914, 918, 922, 922A, 926 and 932 Flower Street, and

~onsideration of said petition and tb~ recoemendattons of the

the boundaries of which properties are shown on the map hereto
