WHEREAS, tn accordance with the procedure set forth in
the provisions of Title l? of the Municipal Coda of Cha ClOy of
Bakersfteld~ the Pls~ntng Concession and City Council have held
heartnSs respectively, on e peCition to change the land uae zoning
of Chose cerCatn properties tn Che ClCy of Bakersfield located
southerly of Brundage Lane beL~eeen South "H" Street and Oleander
Avenue ~ and
WHE~, the Ctcy Council has determtaed after due
consideration of said petition and the recommendations of the
Planntng Countsston haretn on file, toAether with cha reasons
advanced at the hearings for a chan~e of zoning of said propercy,
ChaC a zoning chan~e should be authorized.
