SECTION 1.
That. Section 11).16.091 of the 14,mtctpa! Code of the City
of Bakersfield ts hereby a~ended to read as
13.16.091 .,He, at-Producing, A, ppl,iances. Volume 1, Section 5101(d)
of the Uniform Butldin§ Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 5101(d) I~_n~__~allatto_____~n. The installation of heat°
producing appl. tances covered by ~his Chapter shall conform to the
conditions of approval da specified in the manufacturergs instructions
pertaining to sa£e~y end to ~he requirements of this Chapter. The
