AN ORDINANCE AME~INC TIT4E SEVENTEEN OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD BY
CHANGING lite LAND USE ZONING OF THOSE CERTAIN
PROPEKTIES IN T~E 0IT~ OF ~aXERSFIELD COMMONLY
KNOWN AS 1224, 1804~ 1806, 1808, 1818~ 1824,
AND .1830 BRUNDA~ LANE.
~tEREAS, in accordance with the procedure sec forth in
the provisions o£ TitLe 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of'
Bakersfield, the Planning Com~ssion and City Council have held
hearings respectively, on a petition to change the land use zoning
of Chose certain proper~ies in the City of Bakersfield commonly
known as 1724, 1804, 1806~ 1808, 1818, 1824, and 1830 Brundage Lane,
and
~iER~$, the City Coun'cil has de~ermined after due
consideration of said petition' and the recommendations of the
Plannin~ Commission herein on file, together wiCh ~he reasons
advanced aC ~he hearin§s' for a change o£ zonin~ of said properCy,
~haC a aonin~ chan~e shoulfl b~ auChorized.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BR IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follo~s:
That Section 17.12.020 (Zoning Map) of the Municipal Code
o~ the City of Ba~ers£ield, be and the same is hereby amended by
chansin~ ~he land use zonins of certain properties in said
the boundaries of which properties are shoum on the map hereto
at~ached and made a parc hereof~ as £ollo~s:
Changing the ~onin~ boundaries from an R-3 (Limited
MulCipla Family D~ellin~) Zone to a C-ID
Com~ercial Archi~eccural Design) Zone~ for those cer-
tain properties in the City of Ba~rsfield commonly
kno,~n as 1724, 180~, 1806, 1808, 1818~ 182~ and 1830
Bn~ada~e Lane, bein§ more particularly described as
fo 1lows:
Lots 13. 14, 15, 16, 1~, 18 and 19 o~ Block 4 in
Lacuna Square Tra~c, in ~he City of Bakersfield,
County of Kern, S~ate of California, as per Map
recorded April 24, 1912, in Book 3, Page 17, in
the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
