AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 17.60. 070 (B)
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.60.070(B) is amended to read as
follows:
B. VARIANCE. For each application for a variance a fee
of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), excepting nonconforming buildings
and uses as set forth in Section 17.52.060(f) of Title 17, no fee.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of June, 1968, by
the following vote:
