AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.18.060 (SALARY
SCHEDULE) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.18.060 (Salary Schedule) be amended by
changing the range number of the following listed classifications
to the new range numbers as shown:
Class Overtime Class Salary
Number Compensation Title Range
160 (1) Auditorium Manager 66
252 (2) Data Processing
Programmer-Console Operator 34
492 (1) Police Chief 66
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of December ,
