AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 17.29.040
(FRONT YARD) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.29.040 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield be amended to read as follows:
17.29.040 FRONT YARD. There shall be a front yard of not less
than five (5) feet.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 25th day of November, 1968,
by the following vote:
