AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 6.50.050(b)2.
DELETING THE NAME "CARDROOMS".
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 6.50.050(b)2. is hereby amended by deleting
the name "Cardrooms" therefrom.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of February, 1969,
by the following vote:
