AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 7.62.010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 7.62.010 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield be amended to read as follows:
7.62.010 Definitions. (a) AMBULANCE means any motor
vehicle used primarily to transport, move or convey a sick or injured
person.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after' the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the ?th day of April, 1969, by
the following vote:
