AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.18.060
(SALARY SCHEDULE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.18. 060 (Salary Schedule) be amended by
changing the range numbers of the following listed classifications
to the new range numbers as shown:

124 (1) Assistant City Attorney 62
224 (1) City Attorney 72
262 (1) Deputy City Attorney II 58
264 (1) Deputy City Attorney I 46
SECTION 2.
This ordinance goes into effect thirty days after adoption
to become effective from and after April 1, 1969.

I 'HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March, 1969, by the
