AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PRIMA FACIE
SPEED LIMIT OF 45 MILES PER HOUR ON NEW
STINE ROAD WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that Section 11.04.742 is hereby added to the Municipal Code to
read as follows:
SECTION 1.
11.04.742 Speed limit on New Stine Road. A prima facie speed
limit of forty-five miles per hour is hereby determined and declared
to be the prima facie speed limit at which vehicles may travel on
New Stine Road within the city limits of Bakersfield, California.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of August, 1969, by
the following vote:
