AN ORDINANCE ALTERING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
SIXTH WARD AND THE SEVENTH WARD OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
The boundaries of the Sixth Ward of the City of Bakersfield
are hereby altered so as to include therein all that portion of the
territory lying north of the centerline of Fraser Road and included
within that certain parcel of territory heretofore annexed to the
City of Bakersfield by Ordinance No. 1799, New Series, of the City
of Bakersfield, which territory is designated as "STOCKDALE NO. 3",
and is specifically described in said ordinance.
SECTION 2.
The boundaries of the Seventh Ward of the City of Bakersfield
are hereby altered so as to include therein all that portion of the
territory lying south of the centerline of Fraser Road and included
within that certain parcel of territory heretofore annexed to the
City of Bakersfield by Ordinance No. 1799, New Series, of the City
of Bakersfield, which territory is designated as "STOCKDALE NO. 3",
and is specifically described in said ordinance.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its pas.sage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular-meeting thereof held on the 4th day of August, 1969, by
the following vote:
