AN ORDINANCE ALTERING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
FOURTH WARD OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION I
The boundaries of the Fourth Ward of the City of
Bakersfield are hereby altered so as to include therein those
certain parcels of territory heretofore annexed to the City'of
Bakersfield by ordinances of said City, which parcels of territory
bear the following designations and are specifically described in
the respective ordinances as follows: SAN DIMAS NO. 2, annexed
under Ordinance No. 1819, New Series; and SAN DIMAS NO. 3, annexed
under Ordinance No. 1823, New Series.
SECTION II
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
· passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of October, 1969,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN BLEECKER, HEISEY, REES, RUCKER, STIERN, VETTER, WHITTEMORE
