AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING CHAPTER 3.18 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
BY AMENDING SECTION 3.18. 060.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.18.060 of the Munici'pal Code of the City
of Bakersfield is amended to read as follows:
FIRE GROUP
Class Overtime Class Salary
Number Compensation Title Range
602 (2) Fire fighter 36
604 (2) Fire Engineer 40
606 (1) Fire Captain 45
610 (2) Fire Alarm Technician II 43
612 (2) Fire Alarm Technician I 35
616 (1) Senior Fire Inspector 45
620 (2) Fire Inspector 40
SECTION 2.
IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED that the provisions of this
ordinance shal. 1 become effective January 9, 1970 .
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its 'passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
· passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of March , 1970,
