AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD AMENDING SECTION 7.26.070 (f) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD. (SELF-SERVICE GAS
STATIONS).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that Section 7.26.070 (f) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 7.26.070 (f). There shall be not less than (1)
attendant, over the age of 18 years on duty for each six (6) pump
islands, or fraction thereof, open to the public. Ail such atten-
dants shall be instructed in the use of first aid and fire fighting
appliances.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of January, 1970, by the
following vote:
