AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 11.12.050 (e)
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 11.12.050(e) of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield .be amended to read as follows:
11.12.050(e) Said parking meters shall be operated in said
parking meter zones every day between the hours of eight a.m. and
six p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its 'passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was
· passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of March, 1970, by
the following vote:
