AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.18.060
(SALARY SCHEDULE) AND SECTION 3.18.070
(TEMPORARY POSITIONS) OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.18.060 is amended to read as follows:
3.18.060 Salary Schedule. Ail employment within the city service
shall be assigned a class title which shall be allocated a salary
range as follows:

SECTION 2.
That Section 3.18.070 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield is hereby amended to read as follows:
3.18.070 %emporar~ Positions. The following rates shall apply to
temporary positions with the City of Bakersfield:

District Recreation Supervisor 3.10 per hour
Special Activity Leader 2.90 per hour
Recreation Leader I 2.85 per hour

Swimming Pool Manager 3.00 per hour
Asst. Swimming Pool Manager 2.45 per hour

SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the. date of its passage and shall take retroactive
effect July 1, 1970.
