AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
REPEALING SECTION 17.23. 080 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
PARKING AREA.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 17.23.080 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Bakersfield is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
from and after its adoption by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the l?th day of August, 1970, by the
