AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING CHAPTER 11.04 BY
ADDING SECTION 11.04.791 ESTABLISHING A
SPEED LIMIT ON SOUTH REAL ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 11.04.791 is added to read as follows:
11.04.791 Speed limit on South Real Road. A prima facie speed
limit of forty miles per hour is hereby determined and declared to
be the prima facie speed at which vehicles may travel on Real Road
south from California Avenue to the south curb line of Chester Lane
and all of South Real Road between Ming Avenue and Wilson Road
from Ming Avenue south to the southerly city limits.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the fore§oin§ Ordinance was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a re§ular
meetin§ thereof held on the 3rd day of August, 1970, by the
