AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING THE
MUNICIPAL CODE BY RENLR4BERING CHAPTER
2.16 AND ITS INCLUDED SECTIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
I
That the Chapters and Sections of the Municipal Code
formerly identified as 2.16 et al are hereby renumbered 4.16.
II
This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after thirty (30) days from its final adoption.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was
passed' and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of July, 1970,
by the following vote:
