AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
REPEALING CHAPTERS 3.10, 10.06, 10.10,
10.18, 10.20, 10.22, 10.32, 10.34, 10.36,
10.37, 10.40, 10.44 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION I.
Chapters 3.10, 10.06, 10.10, 10.18, 10.20, 10.22, 10.32,
10.34, 10.36, 10.37, 10.40, 10.44 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Bakersfield are hereby repealed.
SECTION II.
This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
date of its 'passage.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the MOth day of July, 1970, by the following vote:
