AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING SECTION 3.18.060 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE BY DELETING CERTAIN POSITIONS
IN THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield that Section 3.18.060 of the Municipal Code is hereby
amended as follows:
SECTION 1.
That Section 3.18.060 of the Municipal Code is hereby
amended by deletion of the following classifications:
Class Number Overtime Compensation Class Title Salary Range
218 (2) Fire Alarm Operator
Supervisor 22
220 (2) Fire Alarm Operator 20
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance is to become effective thirty days from
and after the date of its adoption.
